Welcome to NOW, a platform that brings together people with the same interests and hobbies, to create real-life experiences (“Platform”).
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how information about you and others is collected and used on the Platform, which is owned and operated by NOW Hangouts Ltd. (“Company”, or “we”, “us”, “our”).
We are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws, including the EU and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We do not knowingly collect information from minors under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us through the Platform, please contact us and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
This Policy may be amended from time to time. We will post any change to this Policy on our Platform, at a reasonable time in advance of the effective date of the change, and we will also make efforts to proactively notify you by email of the changes if we have your email address.
